Launched in 2009,
the sailing yacht Montigne was designed and outfitted to allow her guests maximum comfort
when aboard. Exterior areas include, the stunning aft deck - an enormous 110
square metres of space for al fresco dining and lounging. The elegant sundeck
(135 square metres of teak decking) offers uncluttered views, sun loungers and a
jacuzzi for guests to cool off in. It is also the perfect area for a party at
night. The whole (or part of the) sundeck can be covered with a bimini if guests
require shade. The main aft deck area is covered with a hard bimini top, which
incorporates all of the aft deck lighting, speakers and an innovative water-mist
air-cooling system. The aft deck dining table comfortably seats 12 guests and
includes a turntable.
Indoors is an impressive salon, with 2 comfortable sitting areas, a dining table
for 12 and a grand piano. Behind the dining table is a wonderful piece of
artwork – a massive sculpture of the legendary Dragon Boat. This masterpiece
of mythological art was completed from a single piece of wood.
Downstairs, you will find sumptuous accommodation for 12 guests. There are two
full beam staterooms with king-size beds and en-suite facilities. There are a
further 4 guest staterooms of very generous proportions, including 2 further
doubles and 2 staterooms that can be used as either double or twin cabins.
The vessel has state-of-the-art audiovisual systems throughout, along with a
long list of watersports toys and a teppanyaki bar, to ensure guests have an
extremely enjoyable experience.
